Cancellation Policy
CANCELING AN APPOINTMENT
You may cancel or change your appointment up to 24 hours before the start of your appointment. By entering your credit card information, you agree to accept a 50% service cancellation fee if you fail to cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours of the start of your appointment. For example, if your booked appointment is for January 2nd at 2pm you fail to call, cancel, or reschedule your appointment by 1:59pm January 1st, you will be notified and charged 50% of the booked service price. There are no exceptions. For multiple service appointments of 2 or more, your card will be charged for 50% of the total price if you do not call, cancel, or fail to change your appointment within 24 hours.
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, it's easy to do so, call my cell phone directly, text me, and/or cancel on the app or website. Even if I do not get back to right away, I will be able to once I see your notification.
Card information is encrypted and stored to your customer profile only to be used in accordance with collection of service payments and our no-show/cancellation policy.
NO SHOW POLICY:
If you no show/or no call your appointment, you will be charged the full cost/price of your appointment. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, it's easy to do so, call/text me directly, and/or cancel on the app or website.
Should you be late to your appointment, it is under the shop's discretion to provide service based on the business's availability.
